Stay connected long after possession day. You provide the occasion, a little about the client and an approved budget; Max takes care of researching, sourcing, purchasing, preparing and delivering the experience.
Service time from $60 CAD · one-hour minimum. Purchases and agreed extras are additional. Full pricing
A thoughtful gesture does not need to be elaborate. It should suit the person and the occasion. Max can help turn a date on your calendar into something your client will enjoy, without adding shopping and delivery to your day.
Home purchase anniversaries and birthdays
Holidays and seasonal gifts
Thank-you gifts and referral thank-yous
Summer patio surprises
Flowers, chocolates and bakery deliveries
Local food and local wine where legally permitted
Customized experiences for individual clients
Keep it personal
Tell Max what the client enjoys, what to avoid and the message you want to include. A favourite type of treat, an alcohol-free preference or a seasonal interest can guide the research. Local options are chosen for the recipient and delivery area, subject to availability and your approval.
You remain the face of the relationship
BOOK MAX is the concierge working behind the scenes. You approve the plan, budget, card wording and presentation. Photo approval lets you review what is being presented in your name, and a completion photo closes the loop after delivery or setup.
One occasion or several clients
For multiple recipients, share the delivery areas, individual preferences and timing. Max quotes the research, purchases, routing and preparation needed. Each request starts with an agreed scope; this is not a fixed gift catalogue or an automatic subscription.
Your name. Your approval.
Four steps. Personally handled.
01Tell Max
Share the property, date, priorities and budget.
02Approve the plan
Agree on the scope, price, access and timing before spending.
03Approve the photos
Review the presentation at the agreed point before delivery or final setup.
04Done
Receive a completion update and an itemized invoice.
Choose the photo-approval window together. Any substitution or change to the agreed budget comes back to you first.
Easy to hand over. Easy to keep track of.
Your name on the gesture. Max places the cards, notes and branded materials you supply. The client-facing gift carries your identity, not BOOK MAX branding.
Clear records. An itemized invoice for each client request, with receipts for approved purchases, keeps your records organized.
Discreet coordination. Client addresses, possession dates and access details are used only to carry out the agreed work. They stay out of public project photos.
You control access. Keys, lockboxes and entry arrangements go through you or the authorized owner. Share access codes privately once the work is confirmed.
Plan ahead. Please allow at least 48 hours for Welcome Home and 24 hours for Open House setup. Availability and the photo-approval window are confirmed before acceptance.
Local support. Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country and Peachland. Any additional travel is quoted upfront.
Property representation and professional advice remain with the Realtor. Checks are visual visits, not inspections. Licensed trades stay with qualified providers; food and wine requests depend on suitability and applicable requirements. Good to know
