You focus on the property and your clients. BOOK MAX handles the hospitality details.
From a bakery pickup to a welcoming refreshment table, Max researches, shops and coordinates the details around your property, guest count and approved budget.
Open House setup from $150 CAD plus refreshments. At least 24 hours’ notice. Any rentals, additional travel and applicable taxes are confirmed in your quote.
Create a comfortable welcome without spending your morning shopping or making several pickups. Tell Max the open house location, date, guest estimate and the atmosphere you have in mind.
Cookies and baked goods from local bakeries
Food, light refreshments, coffee and beverages
Flowers and local Okanagan products
Wine-related options where legally permitted
Serving supplies and simple presentation
Shopping, ordering and multiple pickups
Setup and cleanup where requested
The right setup for the property
A small refreshment station may only need a few supplies. If your plan needs tables, linens or other equipment, Max can source and coordinate a local rental company within your approved budget. Rental availability, delivery, collection and costs are confirmed in the quote; BOOK MAX does not need to own the equipment.
A clear plan before open-house day
Share the access window, where refreshments can go, dietary preferences, expected visitor numbers and whether you need cleanup. Max builds the plan around those details, with an agreed photo-review point before the final setup is completed. Your property presentation and client conversations remain yours to manage.

Choose the photo-approval window together. Any substitution or change to the agreed budget comes back to you first.
Easy to hand over. Easy to keep track of.
Your name on the gesture. Max places the cards, notes and branded materials you supply. The client-facing gift carries your identity, not BOOK MAX branding.
Clear records. An itemized invoice for each client request, with receipts for approved purchases, keeps your records organized.
Discreet coordination. Client addresses, possession dates and access details are used only to carry out the agreed work. They stay out of public project photos.
You control access. Keys, lockboxes and entry arrangements go through you or the authorized owner. Share access codes privately once the work is confirmed.
Plan ahead. Please allow at least 48 hours for Welcome Home and 24 hours for Open House setup. Availability and the photo-approval window are confirmed before acceptance.
Local support. Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country and Peachland. Any additional travel is quoted upfront.
Property representation and professional advice remain with the Realtor. Checks are visual visits, not inspections. Licensed trades stay with qualified providers; food and wine requests depend on suitability and applicable requirements. Good to know
