Standard support starts at $60/hour. Specialized or complex work for individuals, real estate professionals, business and hospitality partners is quoted upfront. Max confirms the scope, estimated service time and total before you approve the booking. Purchases and outside-provider budgets are separate.

Purchases, outside providers, parking, applicable tax and any additional travel charges are separate and agreed in advance.

Regular appointment hours are 8 a.m.–8 p.m. daily, Kelowna time. After-hours tasks use the same hourly labour rate, subject to availability. Appointment timing is confirmed separately.

All memberships acknowledge requests within one business day. Appointment timing is confirmed separately; same-day help depends on availability. Planning, task-related travel, vendor waiting time, property checks and updates count toward your hours. Extra hours are billed at your effective plan rate (your monthly membership price divided by included hours), with your approval before additional work. Unused membership hours roll over into the following membership month only, then expire. Rollover is capped at one additional month’s allocation: 5, 10 or 20 hours for your plan. An initial 3-month commitment applies. After that, cancel with 30 days’ notice. Purchases, outside vendors and applicable extra charges are separate.

After your first year as a BOOK MAX customer, your hourly rate may be reviewed annually on the anniversary of your first completed paid booking. Any anniversary-related increase will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply only to new bookings made on or after its effective date. Previously confirmed bookings and prepaid service hours retain their agreed pricing.

Published prices apply to new business. Existing customer contracts, confirmed quotes, subscriptions, processed payments and prepaid-hour balances retain their agreed terms.

A parent or guardian must remain present throughout the visit and responsible for supervising the children. This service covers household tasks; childcare, babysitting and emergency child supervision are not included.

Unless a service says otherwise, goods, vendor invoices, parking, disposal fees and extraordinary travel are additional. Purchase limits are approved in writing.

More than 48 hours provides a refund or credit less vendor charges; 24–48 hours is 50%; less than 24 hours or no access is 100% of the booking minimum.

No. Electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, structural and other regulated work is referred to qualified providers. Max can coordinate access and report back.

Access is accepted only from an authorized person, stored only as needed, never labelled with a street address and never shared with an unapproved party.
