Refer a client · $25 each
After your referral completes a paid booking of $150 or more, you both receive a $25 BOOK MAX credit. Credits apply to Max’s labour, excluding purchases, vendors, parking and tax.

Unless a service says otherwise, goods, vendor invoices, parking, disposal fees and extraordinary travel are additional. Purchase limits are approved in writing.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 48 hours provides a refund or credit less vendor charges; 24–48 hours is 50%; less than 24 hours or no access is 100% of the booking minimum.
Can Max perform licensed trade work?
No. Electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, structural and other regulated work is referred to qualified providers. Max can coordinate access and report back.
How are keys and access codes handled?
Access is accepted only from an authorized person, stored only as needed, never labelled with a street address and never shared with an unapproved party.
