A shared task list
Keep requests, priorities and recurring reminders in one agreed list, with regular check-ins as plans change.
For a busy home and a full calendar.
Keep the regular demands of home from taking over your week. Ten hours gives us room for recurring errands, on-site support and a few projects, with an organized task list that moves forward throughout the month.

An illustrative plan for your 10 hours. Actual timing depends on the task, travel, access and vendor windows. The allocations include the planning, task-related travel, vendor waiting time and updates needed for each activity. We agree on priorities and adjust the mix together.
Purchases, vendor invoices, parking, disposal, applicable tax and extended travel are additional and agreed in advance. Vendor work is paid separately; your hours cover Max’s own work and coordination.
Property checks are visual visits to an agreed checklist. Licensed trade work stays with qualified providers. Same-day help depends on availability.
Share your priorities and Max will help shape a practical first month.
