I’m Max, and I built BOOK MAX around the way I naturally work: I show up on time, move quickly and solve problems without making things complicated. I’m hands-on, organized, curious and comfortable figuring things out—from a stubborn home project or a packed errand list to a smart-home setup or a kitchen full of meal prep.
My background spans more than ten years in hospitality, hotels, vacation rentals, events, spas and tourism. It taught me how much the details matter, how to stay calm when plans change, and how to treat a client’s home, time and privacy with care.
I work hard, I enjoy people, and I bring a good sense of humour to the day. Clients can expect honest communication, practical judgment and real follow-through. If I can do a job well, I’ll get it done. If it needs a specialist, I’ll say so.
