Meet Max.

I’m Max Bouchard, founder of BOOK MAX. I bring more than ten years of experience in hospitality, hotels, vacation rentals, events, spas and tourism to practical personal support in Kelowna.

Managing multiple businesses at the same time taught me how to organize competing priorities, keep track of the details and follow through when plans change. I bring that same care to your home, your errands and the tasks you need off your list.

I start by listening. We agree on what you need, what the job includes and the price before I get to work. From the first request to the completion update, you deal directly with me—one person who understands the plan and takes responsibility for carrying it through.

I’m hands-on, easygoing and comfortable figuring things out. I enjoy people, bring a good sense of humour and treat your home, time and privacy with respect. You can expect honest communication and practical judgment. If a job needs a specialist, I’ll say so.
