Start with your arrival date, household preferences and the result you want. Max confirms the preparation schedule, approved access arrangements, grocery list, spending limits and any vendor windows. You receive a tailored scope and service quote before the work begins.

Purchases, outside vendors, parking, applicable tax and any additional travel charges are itemized separately and agreed upfront. Availability and delivery windows are confirmed during planning. Any change to the agreed scope or budget comes back to you for approval.

Can my Private Client membership cover this?

Yes. Max can plan the agreed preparation within your available membership hours. Planning, shopping, task-related travel, vendor waiting time, preparation and updates all use that balance. Purchases and outside vendors remain separate. If more time is needed, Max provides a quote for your approval before proceeding.
